about me

For the past 12 years, I've been living and working for clients and organisations in various corners of the globe.

My experiences working in hybrid and digital organisations and diverse sectors across the world has afforded me a unique perspective which I leverage in my work as a Business Psychologist & L&D Consultant.

I apply my extensive academic training to evidence-based and data-driven approaches that support organizational learning across for-profit, charities, government entities, NGOs, international development projects, and startups in technology, tourism, and energy.

My research has focused on women in the world of work, as well as organisational psychology topics including: workplace wellness, work-life balance, EDI, culture change, adaptive leadership development, high performing teams, disability in the workplace and more generally the exciting topic of entrepreneurship.

We all deserve long and happy lives.

Raising wellness awareness and supporting professionals on their unique path to health, balance and life fulfilment is central to my vocation.

Finding flow during transitions, is central to my work.

From shifting out of business school and academia to build a new career, relocating across multiple continents, navigating a divorce, to early experiences of belonging and identity formation, growing up as a first generation mixed-race immigrant in London during the '90s...

Our life experiences shape us.

I leverage the learnings from my life experiences to support those navigating uncertainties, displacement, transitions or embarking on a change quest.

At the core of my methodology is the value of collective learning and co-creation.
Applying an evidence-based and data-driven approach means my work is guided by both latest theory and research and also driven by measurable outcomes.

I meet individuals, teams, and systems exactly where they are, creating roadmaps that align with their unique paths of growth.

Working with me extends beyond a transactional approach; it's also my pledge to integrate continuous learning into the fabric of every engagement, to align to the specific and emergent needs of those I work with.
